It'd be nice to sweep this to end the season so we don't have to hear all the stuff about them blowing HFA or something annoying like. The match ups are greatly in their favor as we won't be seeing Kemp and probably only Norris and Upton twice each. Get that bats going and get ready for the Mets!
I'm wondering if this all plays out the way we want, if we get past NY, whether the Cubs can pull off a miracle and beat the Pirates and Cards.
Since I was not watching them that closely I guess I missed that Upton is out too. No reason not to sweep this series even playing with Spring training line ups
At home, with these pitching match ups and the Padres a mash unit there's no reason why a sweep shouldn't be in order. Get that home field advantage......please

It's a crapshoot in the playoffs, so that is entirely possible. If we could somehow avoid the Cardinals, that would be sweet. I used to say "I want to beat the best!" but now I say fuck it, I just want to make it to a WS. First step though, the Mets.
