Never happen. Change the way he plays?
    You're kidding right?

Makes sense, physically anyway...that approach is way more plausible than "changing the way he plays", imo.
Not seeing that happening, in this lifetime anyway.
Your body will eventually single out the weak spot, if you have one, sure as Cruz is Canadian.
I had big muscular legs, never had hamstring problems, but have ankles like a racehorse...always plagued me during my ball playing days.
That's just the way it is.

It probably depends on athlete to athlete, but remember when Matt Kemp strained both hamstrings in 2012, and then one in 2013? He's bounced back pretty well from then; but then again, he didn't really have the dynamic speed after 2012.

Not walk, but not sprint out everything that he doesn't have much chance of beating. Look at the way Matt Kemp ran to 1B after his hamstring injuries.

Don't worry, Kemp will have another 100 RBI season and it'll all be better......

Worst defensive outfielder in baseball, barely above average hitter last year...

    FYI:

Following is the 2013 article the above author referenced.

The following is a previous article by Forbes on the original purchase with winners and questions back then:

Three years later in hindsight it gives us chance if interested to reflect on the the events around team ownership.

Whether Kemp sucks and is the worst OF in bb is pretty much irrelevant now...he's gone like Dee and the unmentionable pitcher on the Dzacks.
We have to deal with what we have as a result of that trade, and Yasmani Cellophane is not the rock behind the plate we need, or from the tough mold most ML catchers have traditionally come from.
In spite of his fab framing, and his undoubtable talents, which are fine when he does actually play for the team, and fodder for the Grandal groupies, it would be nice if he got some uninjured time in for us.
Maybe a guy his age, who already has 'roided, been caught and punished, is a red flag to his physical toughness. Behind the plate, anyway. If he can't deal with what every catcher invariably does on a daily basis, maybe they should think about him playing another poisition.

I tried, but can't keep up with it anymore...assuming tomorrow (Tues) was the season opener, and Clayton was on the hill, what is the staff behind him?
And who would be starting position by position for us? Anyone know ?
