    Initial results weren't promising. My side desire in this baseball season is to keep the Cubs out of the play-offs so I was hoping for better.

    Article on the adjustments that Bellinger has made. I wasn't always as high on him as others were(I've always been a Verdugo guy and was worried that Belli was Loney 2.0), but this kid has turned out to be something else. The way he has made adjustments at every level and kept improving means we are in for a hell of a combo between him and Seager. If they are correct and Verdugo is as good as advertised, we are in for a hell of a next 10+ years.

    The one thing I worry about Belli is that with such a violent swing and the torque he generates with his body, that he'll have back issues as he ages.

    He might need to modify his swing as he ages.

    Used to kid about Bellinger being scrawny and he was for sure a couple years back, but props to him for working hard to get stronger
    His athleticism stands out and it´s sort of wasted @ 1B, but at least he´s really good there
    The type of big, athletic kid that´d probably have some shortstop in his background if he weren´t left handed, he can really move for a taller guy
    He did his young Lou Gehrig thing this year, no question, felt he´d have a chance to make someone into Wally Pipp and he didn´t disappoint
    Saw some article today from a SFG guy, he was basically begging teams to stop trading good players to LAD Lol
    A young CT turning out to be a gem, joining the young, farm raised nucleus of Joc/Seager/Bellinger is just a serious blow to everybody else in the west.
    If Barnes turns out to be the real deal with more work, check another box..Verdugo, same
    LAD farm graduating young, talented, cheap everyday players while bitch boy Brandon Belt complains about the money LAD spends Heh
