    - I think we are in the final days of Logan Forsythe being on the team. He is not helping defensively and his offense is putrid. I'm guessing that he'll go in a deal for a pitcher here soon and the prospect load will be heavier because of it.

    - As much as the Ryu, Maeda and Kershaw injuries have sucked, they have actually freed up room under the tax for the club. Kershaw's has freed up an extra $1M. Ryu has added an extra $1M that was pretty tough for him to get. While Maeda has opened up potentially more than $3M(Could get closer to $5M).

    Not part of the local goeographic angst living here under the turnpike and all, but I think the FG's would have scoffed up Ohtani like multiple other teams would have done had the not the pitching plus hitting thing been a factor in the NL, and in our case, the financial genital cuff being applied with extreme prejudice.

    - Buehler has a microfracture in one of his ribs. Likely to miss 2 weeks. Welp, the team was going to need to find a way to cut down on his innings and they got it.
    - Kershaw and Ryu threw off a mound today.
    - Maeda will be back tomorrow and it sounds like Hill will not be far behind. Hill may be heading to the pen in the not to distant future. Obviously this is dependant of the rotation's health, but the club may do it to protect his finger before letting him go longer towards the playoffs.
