When I heard this the other morning, I immediately thought of my godson who is a former Marine and lives in that area. He battled PTSD after getting back from Middle East, but took advantage of the counseling available and is doing very well.

He was fortunate to have a stepfather who really pushed counseling on him. His stepfather was a Nam vet who has been very involved in veteran's affairs for many years.

 

Didn't take it that way at all.

 

Strengthen background checks and ban all semi-automatic weapons. You can’t stop shootings from occurring but you can drastically reduce the carnage. How many deaths will it take? Maybe if a politicians child is involved then we will see policy change.
