It was always going to be tough for Luke. A prestigious org in flux and trade rumors constantly coming down the pike..throw in the sensitivity of players of this generation and all of the social outlets they have to cloud their psyche, the slightest thing could move the ship in the wrong direction. Magic's been around for so long and been through all of these things, knows how young guys are today, he knew he had to crack the whip earlier this season and be " that guy ". That Bogdanovic GW has sent this team spiraling. Can you imagine if they didn't come back and beat the Kings in that last meeting? And the struggles are only going to take media/fan noise to the next level and put more pressure on them to win these games without LeBron. At this point, taking L after L, all non-LeBron players have to truly feel like they're on their way out. The rumors are one thing, but when the L's start to accompany the rumors, probably not fun to be a Laker right now. Kuz's confidence is out of this world, so he's probably cool.
