Rams should hire extra security to make sure that Cheat's cameras are nowhere near their practice facility.

    Ram's are toast.
Saint's fans are suing to play the game again? Well there's no limit on biggest loser's is there?

    Brady is too good (arrrghgh)

SoCal cannot play playoff football for shite.

I hate Bawston. Now what a revived Celtics team starts smash mouthing the NBA??
What happened to that 'luck of the Irish' BS?

Tom Brady's QB rating is below 100 when he gets interior pressure. The Rams lead the league in interior pressure, THAT to me is the key.

The Dodgers stopped by the Rams training facility to wish them luck as they get ready for the Super Bowl.

I stopped by Inglewood this morning for the Super Bowl send-off rally. I wasn't expecting much but really wanted to see how progress is coming on the stadium. There had to be 30-40k people there with a line 3/4- 1 mile long to get inside the event area.

I will never have the same connection with the Rams as I do the Dodgers but I experienced some goosebumps. Won't lie.

The Rams left when I was 2 years-old but my family were all huge Rams fans. My great uncle moved from the Bronx to Seal Beach in 1961 and used to go see the Fearsome Foursome at the Coliseum. My dad was at the mud bowl against Minnesota and attended the last game against Washington at Anal Stadium in 1994.

By the time I could understand what the NFL was, the Rams were long gone. Some of my family and a few of my childhood friends continued to support the Rams while they were in St. Louis but not my dad or uncle, who were my biggest influences.

So I knew of the L.A. Rams from stories and old pictures/artifacts in the garage, but they were basically a myth/dead and gone. So to see all this unfolding is a little surreal. Real people in blue and yellow gear...Youngblood, Dickerson, Jones, Gurley jerseys roaming the streets... It's like hopping in a time machine and going back to a time slightly before my memory.

    Pretty cool.

I don't have any disrespect for the Raiders, and I understand them playing in the Coli during the 80s while the Rams were in Anaheim changed the culture a bit, but I'm glad it's the Rams that returned. It's the perfect balance of heritage and new beginnings.

That said, if they lose on Sunday...eff 'em.

Strangely enough, I was a Raider fan when the Rams were in LA, and I actually rooted for the Steelers when the Rams met them in the SB.

When I look back at all the names that have worn the uniform, first it makes me feel old in a crappy way, but then I realized the game just ain’t the same.

Youngblood playing with a broken leg. Eric Dickerson running like the wind. Vince Ferragamo creating magic that one year. Deacon Jones. Merlin Olsen.

    Lots of history.

    http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...fc-championship-game-live-southern-california

"In the latest twist to the still-simmering controversy from last Sunday's NFC Championship Game, there is some concern in league circles about the NFL's judgment in allowing four game officials who live in Southern California to work the game between the Los Angeles Rams and New Orleans Saints, league sources told ESPN.

Those same four officials -- all with long ties to Southern California -- were the ones most responsible for the non-call on Rams cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman's early, helmet-to-helmet hit on Saints wide receiver Tommylee Lewis that was widely viewed as pass interference. The league admitted to the Saints that it "f---ed up the call," according to sources."

Fact is its good for the NFL for the Rams to be in the Superbowl .

i wasn't following the league at all since the Rams left w maybe the exception of a super bowl
no way i could root for other teams and definitely didn't want to see whorgia winning in STL
can still remember trying to will that Titan into the end zone on the last play of their win
so its pretty surreal for me too
i recall watching in 79 w a bunch of buddies and we actually led for 3 quarters
    it was crazy exciting
had a guy in CR that got me into watching college and Gurley so i knew a lot about him
watching the last few games has been like pouring water on a dead weed for me
kind of weird catching up on the ways the game has changed but i was fully disconnected
and i think they got that kneeling shit out of the way for the most part
    GO RAMS!

I had to explain this story to my adult son like this...

yeah dude his thigh bone was broken
no really. he just said "I'm the captain and need to set the example" so just "tape it tighter"
played the whole game, in fact three playoff games
and wrecked it with a clutch game performances before losing Super Bowl XIV

    huge stones of unobtainium

    Few compare to Jack Youngblood

Prior to the NFC title game, the Rams were 0-8 with Bill Vinovich as referee.
