Jaguar attacks woman who crosses barrier to take selfie
by Nina Golgowski | Huffington Post — 4 hours ago

A woman was attacked by a jaguar at an Arizona zoo after witnesses said she crossed a safety barrier to take a selfie, according to the zoo. The woman, who was not named in local news reports and was described as being in her 30s, was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the big cat latched onto her arm at Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield Park on Saturday.

Mickey Ollson, the director of Wildlife World Zoo, told ABC 15 the jaguar won’t be harmed because of “human behavior.” Ollson said it’s the second time that the jaguar has attacked someone who crossed the barrier, however. He said the injuries in the previous incident, which happened about a year or two ago, were minor.

“The barriers are there for a good reason,” said Ollson. “Every time that you have an incident in a zoo, you’re going to double check it and meet with your staff try to figure out a way to stop that incident from happening again. But again, when people do not respect the barriers, there’s always a chance there might be a problem.”

When reached for comment, the Jaguar said, “Stupid bkitch.”

Selfies will be the death of mankind.

Or a great “cleanup” tool for the species.

Agents seize $77 million of cocaine at New York-area port
    Associated Press — 11 March 2019
    [IMG]
NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Customs agents have seized the biggest shipment of cocaine recovered at the ports of New York and New Jersey in 25 years. U.S. Customs and Border Protection says 3,200 pounds of the drug in 60 packages were seized at Port New York/Newark on Feb. 28. The street value is estimated at $77 million. It's the biggest cocaine seizure at the ports since 1994.

A Customs spokesman says the container was recovered from a ship that originated in South America.

Customs officers turned the drugs over to federal Homeland Security officials for investigation.

really want to know along w everyone else what's causing these 737's to drop out of the sky
have flown Ethiopian airlines and despite what people think or might imagine it was extremely professional and i would definitely fly them again
i flew the 737 to Ireland and i don't think i would fly that plane again
can't figure out why the US hasn't grounded them w the rest of the world

Southwest flies 737-700 series planes all over the place. I was in 3 of them today.

Come to think of it, the reason I had to take the 3rd flight today was due to a mechanical problem.

Flying Allegiant tomorrow morning to Vegas. Pray for me, boys.

Continue the prayers if we make to LV. Three days there might be a bit much for this old man.

It's a simple software coding error

The world knew it and responsible countries shut down the plane.

We, the Corrupt US of A, let them keep flying.. not to disturb the airline profitability model was deemed more important

Boeing has thrice delayed the software patch... timing you know. Now we hear it's coming in April.. we hope.
