My horrid feeling about the last series came sadly true...even though I thought it too drastic. I hoped.
I have one about these three games, too
I'll just...uh...wait and see, going forward, as Robots says.

Move Pollock off CF for most of the time in favor of Verdugo.
The old man is there for insurance but the playing time should go to the kid.
Embrace the platoon. It makes sense this season.
We know Joc is 100% a platoon player. And when he is allowed to bat vs righties he looks like a future Adam Dunn.
Just keep on feeding that fridge Joc.
Corey is not right physically and could use more games off.
Platoon him so he can feast for a while on his favorite righty pitching to boost his confidence while he recovers from his injuries.
Similarly for JT who is aging and losing some of his physical powers. Let him feast vs righties too.

    vs right
    LF: Joc
    3B: Turner
    SS: Seager
    RF: Bellinger
    2B: Kike
    CF: Verdugo
    1B: Freese
    C : Barnes/Martin
DH: Muncy should lose a lot of at bats to Freese vs righties at 1B but pick some up at 2B when Kike rests.

    vs left
    2B: Kike
    LF: Pollock
    RF: Bellinger
    1B: Muncy
    CF: Verdugo
    SS: Seager
    3B: Turner
    C : Martin
DH: Taylor should only play when Turner or Seager take games off vs lefties.

Dropping Muncy and Pollock into what is essentially the second unit half the time gives the team a much lethal pinch hitting ability as they can come into the game during key moments when the opposing manager throws in the lefty reliever.

Bellinger, Kike and Verdugo are the constants. All young and healthy and producing.
Seager is the babyface of the franchise but is hobbled and not hitting lefties.
Turner is the old man of the team holding it down but showing his age vs lefties.
Muncy, Joc, Freese and Barnes are the main support guys who are excellent when platooned properly.

This will keep the offense a well oiled machine.

A team only gets so many chances. If they don't have the bottle to do what they should have, then the tide turns and the others below have their turn to rise to the top and take their shot.
They had/ have great players, record breaking runs, award winners, geniuses running the club, big money and the best fans.. But...
Sad to say it, but I don't know if they ever had the makings of a real champion.
Or may be they have the makings of one, but not the heart.

You would think so, but no devo with these guys. Too much depth and promise in the MiL for that.
And it's just me I'm sure, but I don't think the FO would put together a WS winner. They had golden opportunities recently to get the top players in the game, real difference makers, but their priorities were somewhere else, as we all are acutely aware. LA is a team that had golden opportunities, but smugly turned the other way, assuming none was necessary taking advantage of.
I think we sink or swim with this core team now, just hope the competition is... say, for instance...not as good as the Cardinals.
Unfortunately, there are better.teams than St. Louis.

I'm just saying it to be extreme
Clearly we have a young group of fringe stars with complementary miLB pieces on the way.
    Just suck of this
I drop by here to see the comments and if it is worth turning on the game because I cant watch anymore unless things are going extremely well.
I could handle all the failures pre-'17
Post '17 I have my guard up.

That isnt to say we do not have problems. We really do. Tired of these bargain bin fkags
