The Cubs have gone through a couple years where select stars have sucked, but at least they took advantage when the opportunity came to win the WS.

And now when Cubs score, everyone will rag on Stripling, as if the team behind him can score.Lol.

Pollock is gonna play everyday for at least the next 2 years. Luckily I have confidence he’ll be better than he has been at the very least.

Idk man I’d let Stripling try and get Bryant. I’d have a lefty up for Rizzo though.

Pedro Baez vs Kris Bryant? GULP

Do you expect him to say what you did? He sucks?
The guy was never expected to blast HRs for two weeks...just be serviceable behind the plate. Which he absolutely was as a stopgap measure.

Dave Robots. Wont let the starting pitcher continue with 2 outs and a lead in the 5th inning. Absolute worst case scenario Bryant puts them in a 1 run deficit if you let Stripling face him.

No I guess not. Lol. But just kinda going out of the way to stroke a guy who doesn’t deserve it is kinda odd.

Odd? Really? I don' t think so. Listening to bb every day, games from all over the place, I don't hear paid team announcers put guys down...it's definitely not their job to do so. Unless they are looking for another career.

The Dodgers could be down 20-0 without a baserunner for 8 innings and Orel would be talking about how the Dodgers are winning the mental battle.
