That would’ve sucked to lose. Nice.

Kershaw's excellent strikeout-to-walk ratio completely baffles me, but he's finding a way to get it done. I hate the home runs, but I guess reality is what it is

    i think nomar is great
he knows what he’s talking about and is very good relaying it without sounding like a douche
orel is a good man and a great dodger
but the “we” and “back when i played” rhetoric has gotten to the point where i can hardly listen
nomar and orel should swap spots
nomar has been great when he’s subbed for orel
and orel would be much better working with ned, jerry, et al

Every time I bitch about the team and write bad things about them, and then they suck it up and pull out an excellent win like last night's, I see Charlton Heston staring right at me with furrowed brow and chastising me in stentorian tones, " O Ye of Little Faith"...
Then, I skulk into the shadows and ask forgiveness of the golden calf statue...

Kershaw overcomes a rough start to give them six and the pen holds the fort. Floro really looked sharp.

    Barnes and Taylor.......whoda thunk it?

I know Bryan Cranston has become a hot commodity in recent years, but he's only Hal to me and always will be.
Most people give The Office credit for pioneering the single-camera sitcom revolution on network TV, but Malcolm in the Middle broke that ground first.
    And, better. :duck:
    Far more imaginative.
