So LAL and the Pels have spoken about AD. Obviously, don't know who the hell is negotiating on behalf of LAL. Smh David Griffin wants a deal in place well before the draft so he can go all in working out players in the 3-4 range. Also sounds like Griffin is being flexible in terms of the assets he wants in return..the better the player return, the less he'll request in draft pick compensation..probably the effects of winning Zion in the lottery and the draft nearing. If LAL can get it done I think it'll be Ingram + Zo + #4 + 2021 1st rd pick. Griffin loves Ingram and LAL should be more than happy to send him over given his monstrous cap hold next offseason. Oh and cap guy Bobby Marks is predicting LAL will land both AD and Jimmy Butler. The preferred method is agreeing to the AD trade and not making it official until late July, which would allow LAL to use the cap space to sign Butler and then go over the cap after the AD trade is official. As a team that's over the cap they'd qualify for the full MLE, and so they'd be able to spend an extra $9M on a role player or split the MLE in half @ about $4.5M and pick up 2 role players..Marcus Morris potentially one of them, Lance maybe the other with his Vogel connection. Or maybe KCP returns on the cheap, but I would think KCP is probably gone..they already tried to trade him, he just vetoed it.

Well, desperation led to a bad decision to play KD. I thought I saw him grab lower on his leg. Wonder if the calf sprain has led to a partial Achilles tear.
