    you know what's hysterical?
the Chappelle stand up getting 33% from critics w a 99% audience approval on rotten tomatoes
why couldn't he just slam Trump and have the critics love him?
no room for original thought in the "woke" world

AOC's "Knock Down the House" documentary has an audience score of 25% and a critic score of 100%.

The wife and I were mildly enjoying a mediocre sitcom called Superstore on Hulu (first run on NBC). Never a belly laugh, but a few sympathetic characters and decent dialogue. About 4 episodes in, the overt propaganda began. Trans restrooms, workers demanding healthcare, saying Jesus would have supported Homosexual marriage, etc. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried to continue. Got worse. Just saw a preview for the next season. One of the characters (a gay Filipeno, of course) is getting deported. Just some advice, writers... If you want the audience to feel bad for someone who is being deported, don't pick the most annoying character of them all.

A while back Hulu released an original Mini series or one off special called Culture Shock. I think it is about an illegal alien who comes to the U.S. and is disillusioned/freaked out by American patriotism or some shit....
....shows like this are a perfect representation for why people say, "if you don't like it here, get the fuck out!"

Dude. Why throw shade at Manimal?

The SJW remake "Personimal", starring a gender fluid feminist that turns into a slime mold is coming to the CW next season.

It has 47 different pronouns depending on what state it's in.

    "Get woke, go broke"

Honestly, if Billie Jean King, Roberts, Hill, Kike, and the leftist LA sports media (like Andy McCullough, Bill Shaikin, and Dylan Hernandez) decide to bully the Dodger players into skipping a White House visit should they win the World Series, I will never watch (let alone attend) another Dodger game again.

I honestly want to puke anytime I see Dave Roberts on TV. Lost all respect for him when he took the bait.

I can respect a man with an opinion that differs from mine. No problem. If an individual player, coach, or a small group of players do not want to go, that's great. I'm down with that. But an organization-wide decline is telling the world that there is only one way of thinking.

I think the Red Sox handled it phenomenally. And as much as I disagree with Alex Cora on trump's handling of Puerto Rico, he was very respectful to the players who opted to attend. He didn't treat it like a big deal. Just had his own personal reason . David Price, on the other hand, basically called the entire team white supremacists. Where is the hate coming from again?

An organizational decline would vindicate a media whose mission is to delegitimize, dehumanize and tear down the POTUS. If the Dodgers were complicit in that, I'd be done.

I want to see the Dodgers show the world unity and open-mindedness. It is so lame how the media acts like visiting Trump's White House is "different" than any other president. They say it as if it is a matter of fact too which is the worst. We didn't need to have "conversations" when Obama was president? Why was he above reproach and careful consideration? Rodney Peete, Vic the Brick cannot hide their hate for the ma . I have only listened to a combined 1 hour of their show over the past year and yet i know they hate Trump. Get this shit out of sports.

And although the Dodgers probably will not win, I can guarantee a declined invitation that will be celebrated by the LA media.

I hope I am wrong. Because I'm already having a hard time rooting for this team thinking about what a poor example they will likely set in the name of woke virtue signaling

Everything you get from a source that is not a loved one is backwards.
And even then you run the risk that they have been fooled.
But at least you were fooled by a loved one.
And there is solace in that.

Everything from the news or the government or a corporation has an ulterior motive.
Because this is its 'human' nature.
A state is designed not to change by its very nature.
Any progress/change you hear about is just window dressing.
There is no reason to help the poor or rein in the rich from a government standpoint.
Everything designed to supposedly help the poor is actually to eliminate them.
Like the war on drugs, homeless, immigrants, etc...
And every rein put on the rich is just another string for them to pull in case of emergency.
It is not unfair. It just is.
The system is not created by you or for you.
You have the right to pursuit happiness.
Nobody has the right to be happy.
We do have the choice to be joyful though, and to make some noise while were at it.
Because only YOU can prevent forest fires.
Only you can change your 'human' nature.
A state will not be doing any of this.
All a state can do is drown you in fire retardant after the fact.
But by then you are already lost and burning in hell.

If someone gets woke does it mean that they had been previously sleep-walking through life?
Or are they vampires just now coming up out of their tombs and in need of some visine eye decongestant?
More like modern age pseudo born again Christians with a more in their eye but without the saving grace that makes them justified.
Or maybe i'm describing demon possession.
Either way, its the religion of the culture of caring.
The religion of We Care A Lot.
Which of course means that we don't really give a shit.
    Collectively speaking.
So watch out for the collective.
Then again... its nice to be treated like a valuable baseball card sometimes.
To be part of a collection that a collector has chosen.
Specially when you are gone and they are holding a convention in your honor.
    People die everyday.
And they never got to see the Dodgers on parade day.

I like Yang, he's thoughtful and looking at problems with a different lens.

But he's still economically illiterate. UBI is such a terrible idea.

And crying about things at a campaign rally. Jeez. There's no crying.

Do not be fooled. I had some respect for Yang until he raised his hand to provide free healthcare to illegal aliens and he called Trump a white supremacist. The dude's just another piece of shit.

And while he makes a rational case for Ubi using the fear of automation and Alaska as an example, it is still a terrible idea.

The fear of automation claiming jobs is also economically illiterate.

150 years ago, more than half of Americans were farmers. Now less than 1% are. Automation took their jobs. It didn't ruin the economy, create fuedal servitude, or destroy society. People got jobs doing other stuff.

That's what will happen again with the manufacturing and the various other jobs automation will replace.

Anyone that's trying to scare you with tales of automation ruining society is either ignorant, or trying to take advantage of you.
