I was about to say.... The reasons are obvious. Tulsi would be the hottest president ever anywhere. Look at that look she gives. Makes me wanna know more about her platform.
Mousey is fired up for Pete, but I don't think he has a chance in the general election. Blacks aren't going to vote for a homosexual. He also said Kobe Bryant was "great on the FIELD"... I know Dems have tossed blacks to the side in favor of illegals and dead people's ballots, but they still need to keep pace and not take the black vote for granted.
bernie thinks he's getting cheated again, but I think he'd lose even worse than Pete. Bernie does have the endorsement of the Jihad Squad though (Omar, Talib, AOC)...so there's that

Self-serving, mean-spirited and targeting his "enemies," it was the opposite of prayer. At the heart of the believer's relationship with God is a profound humility before the Lord. And at the heart of the...”
Obvious Reasons = Rack Platform is the central position. She is fundamentally sound as well. And has all the support from both columns.
I have no need to savor his aquittal or comment on Dem/GOP differences. But him saying what he did yesterday, after a successful SOTU address, and the addition of the undignified, classless behavior of Pelosi the night before, was sad to watch. In my mind, he cancelled out any positivity he gained, and just bolstered his detractors rhetoric with as much ammunition as they need. Really wallowing in the base levels of human nature.
She's the same as most of the rest of the field, except for the warmongering. She supports medicare for all, gun control, wage controls, etc. She just doesn't like being team america world police. And she's hot. And she singled handedly ended Kamala Harris's career.
The people that hate him are going to hate him no matter what he does. The people that love him are going to love him no matter what he does. I think he wants to give his detractors ammunition--he's trolling them into personal attacks. You know there's that saying, "Never wrestle with a pig, you both get dirty and the pig likes it." He's a pig, and he keeps inviting them into the mud with him and they keep wallowing with him. He wins when they come down there. He knows this.
I get that; I agree wholeheartedly with you. I think that coming from a different generation, his actually, it does pain me to see and hear the lack of decorum from the POTUS. When you see it from him over and over, and the only real alternative was the sow Hillary Cinton, it cultivates despondency and hopelessness, imo. That's why " you must vote for sure, for somebody, even if you hate them"is flat out drivel. Could just be me though, being half Italian, half English. I spent half my time being rude and the other half apologizing for it. But at least I apologized.
I've been fired up for Pete for a long time now, and the narrative started out that he didn't have a realistic chance to even compete for the Democratic nomination. Now it's moved to, well, Iowa is very white. I'm interested to see where the goal post moves next. I can assure you, he absolutely does have a chance to beat Trump in a general, there are polls that show he has the best chance of any of the Democratic candidates. Trump is so divisive that a potato in a little tie would have a realistic chance to beat him. The field thing was just a gaff, he said "court" in another interview before the Fox News town hall. But it's really minutia when it comes to being the leader of the free world. At least he knows where Kansas City is, or at least I think he does, not that it's a prerequisite to run for POTUS...
At least he knows where Kansas City is, or at least I think he does, not that it's a prerequisite to run for POTUS...[/QUOTE] It sure isn't....I remember Obama saying " in all 52 states"...and the "Marine Corpse". Corpse. And at the time the 4th Division was in the thick of it all, Marines giving it all there is to give.
I think the 93% negative press and their allies in academia and Hollywood have successfully used one man's name to divide the country, but I have a hard time pinning it on Trump himself.
Regardless of why Trump is divisive, I think we can agree that he drives the narrative. 40% of the people will vote against him no matter what, 40% of the people will vote for him no matter what, 15% of the people will vote third party to "make a point", so it's down to that final 5%... and they want to hear the potato's platform.
What is it you like about Pete? Is there a set of policies, or just he's the guy that might beat Trump?
