    I’m sure we’ll get to the team hotel by about 5 am, for a 3 pm local time game. 4 hours of sleep tops sounds about right. Fuck espn and Manfraud

    and it has nothing to do with buehler’s rare bad outing yesterday

    My vote would still go to Buehler. Max isn't a bad option, though.

    Just what the Dr. ordered, especially under the circumstances.

    Still discouraging to watch them roll over the final six innings at the plate.

    Any win is a good one after what they went through the past 24 hrs.

    Why does it seem the Gnats keep playing the walkovers, not that we did that great against the Rockies before the Gnats series.

    Team needs some serious offensive improvements, like quickly if we're going any kind of deep in the post.
    They really just aren't that good any longer...for a while now.
    The Bellinger situation is almost beyond comprehension...how a young athlete who can be this level of bad for this amount of time. I just find it incredible that this kid can't barrel one up ( just for a solid base hit) for so long.
    It seems that the law of averages would have come into play long ago, but I guess not.
    Very troubling.

    Would be nice if it was just Bellinger, but Taylor, Turner (has lost extra base pop completely) and Muncy have all hit the skids lately.

    the loss of AJ is horrible
    looks like CT finally hit a HR but yeah i haven't seen JT come through in a long while

    But he still is, at best, lukewarm...but I definitely agree..
    We'd really see the joy of Trea and Mookie wreaking havoc if that were so. That would be something.

    The dog days comes from Sirius, the Dog Star..ergo, Max...the fault lies not in the stars, but ourselves.

    Don't get me wrong, I'll take our chances with 5 runs from the offense any day. But what concerns me is the 5 hits. These hitters should be better than that. NEED to be better than that. And we're seeing that way too often lately.
