    Dirt bags.
    All the nutrients without the shit.
    Dirt can't be easily taxed like land can.
    But can be hashed and tagged to land.
    Then what's the difference?
    Your land isn't a farm anymore, you aren't a tax farmer anymore, and you don't have to wait till you buy the farm to receive it's recession proof dividends.
    You can just selll the dirt from underfoot.
