Package him with Ethier and a pitching prospect for Olt or Castellanos and a young bp arm.

 

I do not want olt at all, he has regressed pretty bad.

 

We need a 3B and not many out there that people are willing to let go of. Olt still has potential.

Sano? Castellanos? Impossible to get those guys.

 

As dumb as it sounds, the best option may be Aramis Ramirez or just sticking with Uribe/Punto combo. Ramirez can still hit, however, he hasn't hit for power this year and this team kind of needs that. Plus side with Ramirez is he is under contract next year as well so you get a stopgap until Seager is ready. Either that or just hope Uribe keeps on hitting and Punto can get out of this slump.

 

Trading just out of need is stupid imo.

Olt is bad, we will have a need for a 3B even with him on the team. Uribe is doing fine this year, we will just have to figure out which way we go after.

 

Will Seager be ready by next year though? I figure he's a solid 2 years out at least the kid is still only 19!
