it won't be 25 per, but it will be around that number on the cap initially because of the signing bonus..like Watt.

Signing bonus gets spread out over the length of the contract evenly but gets paid up front, I suppose it could be, but say he gets a 20 million (which is probably high) dollar signing bonus on a 6 year contract, that would add 3.66 million per year each year to his #. They could front load his base salary though or give a giant roster bonus (which is what Watt got) to use up more of a cap hit since they have so much space though.

That's the likely route. Based on all the cap space that the Jags, Raiders, Browns, Titans, Colts, and Bucs have ( the demand) and the history of roster bonuses on these types of deals, Suh's initial cap number is projected to sit between 22-25M next year. Watt's number is 21,969,000..his roster bonus was pretty close to his base salary.

Patriots letting Wilfork walk. Patriots just don't give a damn. Lol They move on.

We could use Belichick's help in trading Ethier.

Manny Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach said that the ideal sparring partners he has in mind for his WBO Welterweight Champion is being paid off by Manager Al Haymon to not participate in training sessions with the Filipino boxer.

Roach said that he has been searching for sparring partners with similar fighting styles to Floyd Mayweather Jr to better prepare Pacquiao for his fight against the undefeated fighter on May 2 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

However, Haymon, who works closely with Mayweather, and his people have been calling some of Roach’s options and been paying them more money to simply stay at home, according to Roach.

“I’m hiring sparring partners. Al Haymon’s people call them up and offer more money for them not to come,” Roach said viaABS-CBN News. “But I’m not worried about those guys.”

Why Tyson thinks Pacquiao is bad news for Floyd

"The Baddest Man in the Planet" came up with his own prediction of how the scheduled welterweight slug fest between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. would turn out.

Mike Tyson, former world heavyweight champion, said the only way for Mayweather to beat Pacquiao is to duplicate the strategies of Juan Manuel Marquez and Timothy Bradley.

“When you think about two fighters... people that gave Pacquiao the most difficult time in his career, only the people that threw a hundred punches a round: Bradley [and] Marquez,” said Tyson in his YouTube channel.

The problem is, he said, Mayweather is “economical” when it comes to punches.

“Floyd doesn't go nowhere near a hundred punches a round, you know what I mean? He's more of a scientific fighter. He plots a lot, he sits around and poses,” said Tyson.

In contrast, Pacquiao seemed to move everywhere each time he fights. This is bad news for Mayweather, said Tyson.

“This guy’s all around, feinting moving... this guy's like perpetual motion he's all over the [expletive] place,” said the former heavyweight champion.

Tyson said if Mayweather wants to win, he has to assert himself right from the opening bell or else he’ll risk losing every round against a more aggressive Pacquiao.

“He's gotta come up with punches, boom! Boom! Gotta keep the jab, keep the distance and move and spin with him. That guy's like like a Pacman all over the place,” added Tyson.

And your glee over this continues to make my point.

No player in the NFL is as big a thug as Suh... though I now expect you to get your Raider loving panties in another twist to deny that as well

Settle down. Every team with cap space has interest in Suh and rightfully so because he's not a criminal or hoodlum or thug or whatever word you're using this week. You never had a point to begin with.

or any of the other AFC West teams that have had more arrests than the Raiders for a long while now.

for somebody who doesn't like the Raiders, you certainly do like talking about them a lot. who's your favorite team?
