    Yeah that sucks for Jack
Really feel for Jaylon Smith because of the way his injury happened

Raiders need to add another D-lineman and help Mack out
A'shawn Robinson still on the board, Chris Jones, Dodd, Reed, Bullard, Billings, Ogbah, Spence, crazy D-lineman left.
Mackensie Alexander also still out there so Raiders could keep attacking the secondary and maybe hope some sleeper D-lineman falls to the 3rd.
Joseph and Alexander would be pretty nasty in that secondary together, TJ Carrie becomes the 4th/dime CB Smh
    DJ Hayden..bye Felicia

Gotta admit I was pretty butthurt at first when Jack feel in our lap at 14 and we didn't take him... but Joseph is a stud and fills a big time need. It might be a slight reach but not really if you consider Atlanta took an inferior safety just 3 picks later. Joseph finna be on the field in week 1 flying around and making an impact. Just seems like a guy JDR and McKenzie would love... an enforcer type in the back end of the defense.

A bigtime playmaking safety... I like it, I like it a lot. And after Jack their wasn't a ton of other enthralling options anyways.

So, who's next? I'm not sure how much farther Ragland will fall, my guess is not much farther, but I would love to be able to get him. Another enforcer type in the next biggest position of need: MLB

Or Jack could continue to free fall and we get out dream guy still in RD 2

I'm thinking DT, a pass rushing 3 technique for a 4-3 or 5 technique for a 3-4, a scheme versatile big man that can help collapse the pocket from the inside on 3rd down.
Everything I keep is seeing that they like Heeney @ MLB along with Malcolm Smith, wouldn't mind Ragland tho.
Also wouldn't mind Cravens, Nelson's on a 2yr deal, won't be around forever.
Joseph and Cravens at safety going into the future, could be our version Earl and Kam.
But for now Cravens could help as a 3rd safety and also at Will linebacker, some teams play a lot of 3 safety looks.
Raiders gotta beware of taking these guys with bad knees, but TBH I would have Jaylon Smith higher than Jack.
Jaylon probably has a better shot at a long career, sit out and let his nerve regrow and settle, and what an addition he'd be in 2017, but that's like a 3rd or 4th round thing IMO.
Not gonna trip if they take Jack in the 2nd tho.

He's got a chip on his shoulder something fierce too. Been doubted his whole life because of his size and he's out to prove everyone wrong. That's exactly what you want, especially when he has so many good pieces around him.

If I was a Raider fan I would be jumping for joy...

I was kinda worried that they might try to wait for him in the 2nd round, but he wasn't falling past Pittsburgh in the 1st, Tomlin absolutely loves him, Texans/Skins as well.
There's a certain amount of urgency you have to play with at safety and he does it in spades.
    You happy with Kenny Clark?
I thought Clark was a good, versatile scheme fit for GB, should be plug and play if they need it.
Happy for him with the whole situation with his dad behind bars for so long and possibly innocent/getting out

Same, a lot of Packer fans are confused because they felt they overdrafted. I think he was the right guy at the right time.

Yeah my initial reaction, as a homer, was anger at not taking Jack and then I realized how good Joseph could be.

Think Joseph could develop that quick? I thought maybe he'd take a bit to be out there making an impact but given that the depth chart at safety ain't the greatest, you're right that he could be out there week 1

Wait so then Tunsil sat down last night also told everybody that he took money @ Ole Miss?
And I was giving him a pass for getting hacked and some 3yr old video.
He's obviously smart enough to not fail any drug tests, but not enough to stfu and stop taking Ls?

I know highlight reels on YouTube can make anyone look good, but you have to look how hard this guy hits. He's brutal.

18 tackles for Joseph against Alabama a couple years ago, just gangster.
Little fella is hard to find on the field, hard to get a hold of, low key assassin.
It is not going to be fun playing against this new Raider D, Mack/Aldon/Irvin/Mario attacking up front, Nelson back deep hawking, sticky corners, and Joseph the missile all over the place.
It's about to get real Seahawky at O.Co
I've seen a couple 2nd round mocks today, both have us taking Jerran Reed DT from Alabama, I agree.
Need that push up front, can't sit back and wait for Aldon, they can kick Mario outside like last year if he's good go.
