Definitely a project pick there, Ward is raw, Mayock ranked Ward as his 35th best guy in the draft tho, so good value it'd seem @ pick #44, we'll see.
Gonna take a year or two to really see what they have there, after he works with Jethro Franklin.

He's Mario Edwards-like in that he played different positions in high school, safety and WR, big growth spurt, now 295lbs.

Reggie fucked everybody up with that one, definitely shocked, media heads are slurping it up tho, as they do anytime a noteworthy QB gets taken. Lol
The Cook pick is just pretty much indicative of where the Raiders stand right now, making luxury moves, the depth now set behind young talented starters across the board.
Pretty much only need a young RB to team with Murray and thats it, and of course RB is the most devalued position in football.
Don't even really need a ILB since Bruce Irvin is eventually gonna see time inside when Aldon comes back.
Carr insurance continues I guess, but with a backup QB this time, Cook had 1st\2nd round value, got him in the 4th.
I imagine Reg will get a pick back, working to deal Mychal Rivera for a pick
