I drink a lot of water. When i dont my right kidney aches. Or maybe its a pulled back muscle. My bp is getting up there again. It was up when i was obese but once i lost all the weight it was gone. Creeped back up last year when my diet took a hit and i put some lbs back on. I went through incredible amounts of stress on my last mission. It took a lot out of me and its probably also to blame for my heart rate. But its been zen since the It was real bad. Pounding hars in my chest and head. I feel it in my body too so i know how u feel. Price of living bad. Burning the candle from two wicks. Still can get bad if i dont take my propanolol. It was 140 when i finally went to the doc and accepted the drug. My sodium levels are always on the low side. A doctor long ago told me that i probably drink too much water and wash myself out of sodium and other minerals. Ive started to drink electrolytes once in a while but in my mind its for my stomach. I still cant believe you stopped drinking. Thats awesome. I split an occasional Fosters with my uncle. Once or twice a month. It feels good to drink a heady beer with an old man and just sit there talking bout the old days and the old country.
i should clarify... i'll still have a drink when the situation arises like when diablo and i went for sushi but i hadn't had a drink for a month or so before that and haven't had one since i used to come home and take a shot of whiskey then another and another so i stopped

I've thought this team has slowly been drifting away these last couple of years. I thought we were very close in 2013, and close in 2014. I will always believe that we beat the Giants in the NLCS if we beat the Cards. It seemed like we just needed a couple upgrades in the pen and maybe one bat during those years and we'd be off and running. Last year, it felt like Kershaw-Greinke carried the team all year and did a good job of hiding the flaws elsewhere. A couple of holes here and there that seemed very fixable have turned into several holes everywhere. Inconsistent lineup, questionable pen outside of Jansen, and a rotation with a ton of question marks 3-5, and we aren't certain that Maeda can keep up his pace at 2. It just feels like the roster has been downgraded year by year and the idea of a WS at this point seems outrageous.
to me, the issues are in this order 1. the pen 2. the rotation 3. the offense the bullpen has gotten worse each of the last two seasons (arguably more) and the nerds have done little/nothing to address it hatcher sucks, yimi sucks, baez sucks if honeycutt gets the credit for helping create kershaw, then he also gets the blame for not helping these guys get better sorry but that knife cuts both ways the rotation... i kinda get the issue of not wanting to block urias/deleon and to be fair, price was off the table before zack made his decision to take the dbags money signing another starter for multiple years was made even more problematic by that fucken scrub mehcarthy being on the books thru 2018 we can bitch and whine all we want about wood and spazmir -- and i will -- but there's not a lot of options at this point i was never a fan of cueto, same with smdjzavagina, but they've inarguably helped the giants if urias and/or deleon don't get called up before 8/31, then to me the nerds had no intention of seriously competing this year even if that ginger fkag anderson hadn't hurt his vag, the guy's another #4 in a shit rotation the offense pisses me off we have a bunch of contributing players but no real leaders maybe seager will eventually develop into that player maybe adrian and turner will get hot when it matters maybe joc and puig will get even better idk, a lot of maybes

So, we are unsure of the health of our new Japanese import. We have Ryu and McCarthy coming back from injury, and will be on a short leash. We got a guy Strippling that we won't even let pitch 100 pitches if he's got a no hitter going... Hmm... Let's assemble the shittest bullpen we can possibly get. So clever. Biggest issue to me right now is the 2-5 hitters in this lineup are just all majorly under performing..... and ain't shit happening until this changes Puig: 90 wRC+ Turner: 92 wRC+ Gonzalez: 106 wRC+ Seager: 88 wRC+ ^ These are things we just accept as givens that these guys will perform at least above fucking league average and then some. It's not happening. Yes, the bullpen is a fucking problem I guess. And they'll have 2.5 more month to fix it internally or externally.
