    its an old landmark kind of place that has an ultra cool vibe and great acoustics imo
    right across from USC so the street urchins will be around after the show
    two levels and not a bad seat in the house that i could see
    if you are lower level be sure to go up the huge staircase to the mezzanine
    iirc it had recently been restored to a degree but its a very cool venue

    in NYC for a few days and got a great deal on an airbnb place in Chelsea i'm totally happy in a modern 5th floor loft w a kitchen
    my second time trying airbnb and man did i save on a hotel plus taxes
    i don't think i'm ever going to stay in a hotel again

    Higher ceiling/lower floor situation with air b n b in my experience. I've had amazing experiences/seen unreal friend's abb's across the globe (san diego, amsterdam, berlin, paris, LA, etc) but i also know multiple people in multiple parties who have been grievously misled or outright robbed by the proprietor, with (according to them) ABB administration unresponsive. Anyways, enjoy NYC (I live in midtown on the west side).

    Side note: took the LSAT today. That's a culmination of a crazy amount of prep...can't wait for my score
