    seems like everything tonight is favoring the cubs
    and every analyst i've heard has picked them to win (tonight)
    and in a weird way i'm okay with that...
    they're the ones who need to win tonight
    they're the ones down 2-0
    all the pressure is on them
    i have this feeling that whoever scores first tonight wins
    which is why i'm hoping for a quick first inning strike from our offense
    and also hoping darvish pitches with the incentive of a guy playing for his next payday
    i said before both games 1 and 2 that they were the most important games of the year for us
    that is now tonight (and pretty much every game from now on)
    huge difference between being up 3-0 vs 2-1
    let's do this!!!

    Winds blowing out at 13 MPH helps explain why Joc and Ethier are in this game. Both with the knack of putting the ball in the air will likely try to take advantage of the conditions. Almost think Grandal would not be a poor choice either.

    VERY surprised that Grandmal is not in the starting 9, I love Austin "Danger" Barnes but he's got doughnuts this series except for 2 walks. Fucking Plaschke just as he did last year said the series is over on Around the Horn today.

    I'm watching the pregame and they are talking about the Cubs like they have a chance to win. It's adorable really. Anyone who picked the Cubs to win tonight clearly missed the first two games of the series, or they are kidding themselves.
