On another note.....John Sterling is the worst announcer, baseball or otherwise, in history.

I just feel like gouging out my ears everytime they play his calls.

Dodgers/Astros... 2 best teams in MLB

    Dodgers/Yankees... all that history

    I'm excited for either matchup

Astros bats are falling asleep while the Yankees are waking theirs up.

It's been said here and elsewhere but the Yanks are underrated. Their BP can match up with ours and they had the run differential of a 95-100 win team.

Both the Yankees and Astros are legit. I know the Yankees were the WC, but they will be a tough matchup if it comes to that.

I’m gonna be really mad if this is all leading to the Yankees unseating the best teams in baseball.

The whole HOU is asleep this series offensively
And on the strength of NYY starting pitching no less
It's truly starting to look like LAD's year

the yankees are good when they're backed against the wall
but that's also when we're most dangerous (see "wait til we get back to wrigley")
astros pen doesn't compare to ours
i like our odds against either of them
but i think we match up better against the yankees

Yankees bullpen is a lot scarier than Houston's bullpen but the Yankees don't have a Verlander or Keuchel in their rotation. Nobody in their rotation really scares me...all in all, it evens out. Either one would be tough(obviously), but I think we are better.

What's the big thing with Josh Reddick then? I often wondered what the great thing was about him with all the FO back patting when he came to us...and the guy was a shade better than Granderson. Maybe.
So much " gotta get him" shoved down our throats...like the wonderous now on the Cubs , Heywood Jablowmi.
Not gettin' the greatness, I guess.
