    Turner just doesn't make throws like that to second. The runner (a dumb ass pitcher Ray) inadvertently got in Turner's line of vision, causing the off line throw.

    Turner, unlike many on this team, doesn't have to make up for anything. He's the rock of this team.

    that said if they can get on a run heading into the post, who knows
    i like the madson/freese additions
    but roberts needs to stop playing taylor or barnes

    I think Kike showed his value yesterday as a pinch hitter. Or spot starter at a number of positions. Just not an almost every day starter.

    The talent is there. The players just need to play up to their capabilities. I'm hoping Madson and Freese not only play well, but light a fire under some of the underachiever's butts. If we make it to the postseason, some of these guys shouldn't be surprised if they're left off the roster.

    Exactly, they just need to get hot at the right time. This team has been very streaky the last several years. No reason they can get it together heading into the postseason.

    Not just you but damn they are both struggling other than the HR's for Kike. They both play pretty good defense but Kike's arm is exceptional even if he does miss the cut off man once in a while like the last 2 games I went to. Going Fan app day, normally that is a cause for celebration but the prizes stink compared to yesteryear and we will probably be eliminated by then.

    This has gone on far too long. No reason to have Kemp and Barnes in there. Muncy should be in over Freese...I don’t even know what’s going on anymore.
