Sale and Verlander barking at teammates in the dugout, meanwhile, Kersh is busy filling out the bracket for his next ping pong tourney

Might be time to move on from Kenley.
Eat some of the $ if necessary and send him somewhere else.
Let Kershaw walk or trade him.
Other than Turner (we will need him to remain competitive), I think they should end this era of Dodger baseball and go in a new direction.
There's plenty of young players ready to get to work for this team and some good free agents to consider.

Don’t get me wrong I think pulling hill was the stupidest thing I’ve seen from him. But at end of the day, I’m over this core. No manager is gonna win when your ace and your closer choke away every chance. None. Theyre the constant

I think both are FA... maybe we should sign to save from having them kill us.

Thinking the same. Roberts can fuck off, but a lot of these no heart players have to go as well. Tired of seeing a team that is good but not good enough

Can't get my head around bringing Machado back either.
As a SS, you can't argue with the defense and whatever offense he puts up is obviously top 5 for the position.
But for a SUPERSTAR...he isn't one. Sorry. No way.
His numbers away from Camden Yards are alarming if you want him to hit in the middle of your order and carry an offense.
    He doesn't have it.
As much as we try to avoid intangibles, he is so overwhelmingly ignorant, lazy, dirty, etc that you have to take it into account as well.

Say what you want about Harper being cocky, but he plays the game like someone trying to make the roster. He's a guy we need. Especially in this market.

Rich hill told Roberts he was tiring before the 7th. And Baez was unavailable. Still think it was dumb to go with Madson man idk who cares. Jansen would’ve blown it

This right here. We are close with what we have. Bring in a better manager, Harper, get rid of Kenley, and spend some money getting a closer. No way we sign Machado. We get Seager back next year. The only thing that I’m concerned about is our middle relievers. Need to dig deep and find a couple of studs

Just don't understand how Kenley gives it up like that every time. Not a single. Not a double. Not a triple. Always a HR.
It amazes me that he was even good for as long as he was.
He always threw the same pitch over and over. Guys would swing and miss somehow.
    They're not missing anymore.
    It is batting practice.

I miss Lasorda and I wasn't even born in the 70s-80s.
He always went to bat for his guys but would never lie like Dave.

Every game you see Manny do something you’ve never seen before. Today he hit a ball deep down the line at 3B, and literally was the only middle-infielder under 30 who couldn’t beat that throw (even Max is safe on that). How can an “elite” athlete in his prime be that slow?

No way you entertain signing this guy. Plus on that same play he stepped on the first baseman’s foot like a douche. Manny is going to get our own guys drilled and give this franchise a bad name. If the Dodgers sign this guy I might honestly take a 6-8 year hiatus from this team.

Just a thought, if you are managing a team the day after an 18 inning game, your #1 priority should probably be to have your starting pitcher pitch as deep as humanly possible into the next game.

It's difficult to watch the same thing happen to us every year.... It definitely hurts. It is embarrassing too. BUT I'm beginning to become numb to that aspect. I'm used to seeing towering homeruns sail into the pavillion. Numb. Almost.

What I will never get numb to is thinking about what could have been. What could have happened if those incidents didn't occur. It could be 2-2 with another home game tomorrow to potentially take the lead. Last year, we could have been champions.

It's not about the moments themselves anymore. When I'm laying in bed tonight, I'm thinking about what could have been

I'm already making arrangements for tomorrow night so I can avoid the game. Hopefully plans don't fall through

I also think about how foolish I was to be happy when Puig hit that HR. So many moments in the postseason that amount to 0.

Our bullpen was never in better shape than theirs going into today’s game. Our starting pitching was in better shape. Riding our starter and jumping all over theirs was how we attack and win today.
