Of course the parasite lawyers are ready to jump and make the situation worse for all involved. More laws and more regulation.
I worked with the troubled kids as the outreach counselor and was responsible for conducting the IEP meetings between teachers, students, and parents. Many times in those meetings I came away knowing that whatever problems these kids had were made worse by the parents or the shitty teacher who wanted 'respect'.
Obviously many kids are troubled. Special needs demands special needs. And most teachers should be special needs teachers, specially if you teach to the low of income and low of most everything else.

Teachers do not teach school for themselves, for their salary, or for their love of the educational system. At least they shouldnt.
Obviously, most are there to collect an easy paycheck which is a good living for easy work.
Teachers hate when you say this of course, but its easy work. It's only hard if you are a teacher who wants to be hard. And this teacher wanted to be a hardass.

The point of a teacher is the student. Period. Your job exists because of the kid in front of you. If not for that kid teachers would not have that job.
If you teach for any other reason then you are not a teacher and are no different from any other salaryman.

So you must know how to read the student. And read the situation.
If you have a student like this you do what you can to limit confrontation.
This teacher kept fucking with him to prove that she was the boss.
The moment you have to prove you are the boss you deflate what little power you actually have.
She talks proudly of staying after school because she made the kid run 13 miles and the kid actually ran them just to show her who had the stronger will.
She tells the story as if she showed him up but it only shows how immature the teacher actually was and is still.

I saw kids like that all the time. Kids that never smiled even at school because there was nothing at home to smile about.
This teacher did not predict shit.
The fact that this guy was a troubled kid who had issues with a teacher has nothing to do with this guy becoming a mass shooter.
We can't make that connection. If so they will lock up more innocent kids left and right.
Others are jumping on the fact that he was a veteran and tarnishing vets with the stupid idea that we should fear vets because of PTSD.

IMO if I were to point to one thing that cause this dude to flip out it was probably the motorcycle accident and hooked him up on narcotics and who knows what other drugs they gave him. Combining muscle relaxers with narcos is deadly. DEADLY. I almost died from that shit. Specially if you mix it with alchohol or fucked up mood disorders.
IMO that is what fucked him up. A bad hit to the head, injuries to his limbs, and the inability to work out anymore for a guy obsessed with working out as his only outlet. No stable family life.
I grew up with guys like that and most made it out of adolescence in one piece.
Some got lost of course.
But that is because we promote this made up thing that destroys large swaths of our children on their way to adulthood.
And that is adolescence. That is what should be banned.
We have 12/13 years to be children.
After that we are adults trapped in adolescence.
If you tell a kid at 13 that he has to be a man now and stop giving him all of the things of a child he will stop being a child and become a man.
If you want him to be a teenager first so he can try to be a man for a few years first to see how he likes it then you end up with a lot less men and alot more fucking pussies walking around.
This adolescence plan was designed to destroy the 'patriarchy'.
It just takes 3 or 4 generations first.

The fact that the kid came back the next day and apologized profusely and brought her flowers tells me that this kid was not broken yet during HS.
He was breaking, but not broken.
The fact that the teacher wanted to be a hardass because she felt that the administrators and her teaching peers did not take her seriously and decided to make an example out of the kid and banned him from the team tells me that she was a much worse human being at 28 with her white privilege, college education and teaching credential than this punk ass high school kid.

This guy is military that usually military guys know how to use a weapon so they get a permit easily. This guy would still have shot this place up.
Like always in these cases there would be nothing keeping these guys from getting a permit no matter what restrictions you put in.

Let me crystallize it for you.

Evil Rich White people all have their gun permits and as many guns as they want.
Evil Rich White people want to stop everyone else from getting guns.
Mostly the people who they want to keep weapons from are blacks and browns.

America is the land of the free but there is always a group that wants to make certain people less free by whatever means are 'legal'.

The people that is all about marching because cops are killing blacks and browns all the time. The people that think Trump is a fascists who will betray us to the KGB Putin lead former Socialist Soviet Republic of Russia. The people who are anti military and think our future fascist country led by a tyrannical Trump... these people should probably want to have the right to defend themselves with a weapon.
When Trump comes to take those peoples guns will they be happy or mad?

Same with a madman cop who tries to take you out for no reason.
If you have a fake gun on you, or keychain that is a little too big, or a cell phone, or anything that goes in your hand.... you have a high percentage of dying vs a cop who fears that his life is in danger and decides its best to shoot you in the heart a few times just in case.
But if you have a real gun... well at least you have a chance.

The first gun laws were to keep freed slaves and indians from getting guns.

All semi auto does is automate the old process of loading each shot.
Now you can load bullets and shoot them one at a time.
One trigger pull = one bullet fired.
That is semi auto.
Full auto is when multiple shots are fired from one trigger pull.

All u gotta do is the minimal amount of research to find the truth.

All modern guns are semi auto.
It's like wanting to ban only cars that use a battery.
Or cars that are semi automatic because they no longer require a hand crank to start the engine.
