    Kinda crazy how Adrian Gonzalez was our white whale (racist/fatist) for so long, but Max Muncy is some random dude who is better than him*.

    *At least for us. Not counting Adrian's SD/Boston pre-shoulder surgery years.

    Hard to believe as consistent as Adrian was, staying on the field every day and hitting 3rd or 4th for the Dodgers...he never exceeded a 3.7 WAR for us. Wild. His OBP and SLG were just kind of 'whatever' for a first baseman.

    Not a knock on him (I loved watching him play and he was THE transition between the McCourt era and the Magic Castle Dodgers), but it's wild how Muncy is crushing those #s.
