Christians we have our own false idols too. They are just a little newer.
One thing I do like about Christianity over Catholicism is that one is part of a theocratic centrally organized political kingdom while the other is a loose association of smaller confederations of local privately owned and community supported small businesses.
At one you have to pay to use the facilities and get rites if you want to get married or have another one of the required civil ceremonies performed.
In the other you tithe if you want to or not but the tithers are like the senior members who help appoint the moderators and fund the organization. And if you need to use the facilities they are free and nobody gets paid for the ceremony. Plus more than a few members will volunteer to help as ushers or with food or flowers for your wedding party.
    People you may barely know.
Because its all in that good spirit.

I propose we settle these heretical arguments via an Inquisition.

Catholics always win the 'we also Christians' debate.
    Hands down.
Or up... Depending where the catholics bodyguard with the sword commands you to put your hands.
Point is they always win the debate.

Anyone ever fainted before? What a scary/weird experience.

Normal morning routine and woke up on my Kitchen floor with a lump and blood. Came out of nowhere.

Guess it's what I get for changing my diet to eating only healthy. Body couldn't adjust.

Idk if changing your diet can explain away fainting.
I realize what torture seeing doctors are, believe me...but check that shit out.

Probably isn't diet related but that was my first guess because it was such a drastic change. Carb intake went down drastically and I made 6 PM my cut off for my last meal each day. I will definitely get it checked out....appreciate you.

When doing that diet you want to make sure you are eating enough iodized salt.
Salt is not bad for you. Just like good fats. You want good sea salt. Himalayan salt seems like a marketing ploy though.

Ketosis uses up some essential nutrients to get going. And if you are eating less carbs and drinking more water while fasting some you will flush yourself out more. You seem to be on this train.
Your magnesium/sodium/potassium levels are interdependent and are very important to keep regulated if you are doing low carb.
Think of your human body as a pot of humus which is good soil producing humic acid for a growing seed to burst with 1000 times its inherent level of nutrituion/power. Your soil is the secret.
Eat banana as a not so bad treat/cheat because it will help keep you level with potassium.
Get a magnesium supplement. Not magnesium oxide as it does not stay in the body for more than a few hours and is only good to help your stomach if its turned.
Use magnesium chloride or citrate. Those are absorbed and help regulate hormones and other chemicals in your body that become imbalanced during changes in diet.

If you need assistance I have a lot of history with this kind of thing.

I know it's terribly wrong, but watching that brings back memories of a Super Dave Osborne stunt.

You have our sympathy forever man.
The way you described your niece sounds like she was already an angel walking the earth.
And when your baby is born you will see that same spirit again.
Then it will fill your heart and your anger will be healed because it is righteous.
She was blessed to have someone like you to continually look after her as you were blessed to be able to be that brother to her.
Even now you are there for her.
And we will be here for you too.
DSP is a tool and you are using it right.
Better than most of us ever have.
You are not fucking anything up.
You are making brothers by sharing your burden with the rest of us.

    Sorry brother.
Totally understand where you're head's at. We all have those feelings sometimes, and after what you've described, I can sympathize with the desire for revenge as a form of closure.
