Was watching some NLCS stuff and i kinda forgot how good Jansen was during the NLCS. We legit don’t advance without him, considering how good he was in his save spots with a very tired bullpen; multiple low drama outings, 3 perfect innings.

it’s a shame game 4 of the World Series happened cause it (deservedly) left a terrible taste in our mouths. If he closes that out, his entire postseason is seen much better. I don’t necessarily feel bad for him, but I guess I kinda just blanked out of my mind that his NLCS was that good

One disastrous outing aside Baez was very good, too.

And Baez bounced back with a good game 7. Rather clear they felt Baez could put past games behind him rather easily. Same with Treinen: I forgot Treinen’s game 1 of the NLCS was a DISASTER, yet it’s forgotten cause more often then not he was clutch (and Mookie saved his ass quite a bit) the ups and downs with the bullpen was crazy, but man were they big more often then they blew up. But they all had their moments. Bullpens are the trickiest to put together

I didn't want him anywhere near the postseason roster.

    A lot I know.

They should do this on non game days at sports bars, or on the weekends after the big game.
Would attract more women to the sports bars and younger people with a broader interest.
I remember sports bards back in the day attracted women too because there would be music and alcohol and shit for them too.
Then they became sausage parties with no buns to get saucy with.
Just a bunch of old hairy fat dudes like us.
Or they turned into mini amusement parks with video games and repetitive dance music that were more important than the muted sports.
This has music but mixed up in order to keep our short attention spans getting that constant stream of dopamine from the changes. And its sorta stadium appropriate music. Then the screens being in synch to the music with great shots that make you want to watch it not just listen.
It works on more than a couple of levels.
Wait, what am I even talking about there there aint no such thing as sports bars anymore.
Man, we aren't even aloud to party anymore.
Wait a minute... I been looking for a just cause.

    Viva, now.
    Today is the 14th.
We meet Dec 19 through Jan 6.
    To party up.
