Finished Becoming Your Own Banker by R. Nelson Nash
A book about using high premium dividend paying whole life insurance as a vehicle to finance all your expenses and cutting out banks (the death benefit is just a bonus)
horrible fucking read, maybe I am just too stupid and that is why, very real possibility (lol), but informative
would recommend everybody read this one
even my seasoned folks, especially if you have kids

    I am going to win.

Rich Dad Poor Dad might be the first book I ever bought
Never read and ultimately gave it away to a friend I thought could use it
Funny thing is I needed it but it was the easy thing for me to do in giving it away cause it took me away from a task I needed to complete
    Pussy ass move
    Live and learn

A quick read or listen if you buy on Audible that would benefit everybody, imo, is The Richest Man in Babylon.
I think it is less than 100 pages and $5
I never read it, only listened on audio
I will read it at some point the book is a good book and I want it in my collection

Looks like Musk's "free speech" movement does have a price tag, and it appears to be less than $54 per share.

Again, this is about Musk's ego, not fundamental freedom. It's about buying his "free" speech.

He screws this up, and he's going to be on the wrong end of another securities fraud/violation, ironically the 2nd time involving Twitter.

If anyone thinks this guy cares about free speech....

This is just another platform to amplify his ponzi scheme and keep the investors coming just a little longer.

Plus he was jealous Bezos has WaPo. He wanted to invest in a dying platform too

I have no stake or horse in the race of George Carlin, just know he made people laugh. It happens to be on HBO.
It doesn't matter at all, to me, what station it's on.
I think it's just better not to post such things. Something always seems wrong about it, almost without fail.
    My bad.

I just wanna say thanks to Cinemax.
For many years it was the only premium network I could hack into by fiddling with the tuner on the box and getting it stuck in between signals. It would be a little distorted with like the top quarter of the screen at the bottom. But i wasn't watching it for the cinematography.
HBO now owns Cinemax so I guess my childhood memories are based off some evil corporation that rapes kittens.and kills grandmas.
Thanks a lot for ruining another great American treasure you rat huh?!
