Those 17 and under get in free and don't need a blindfold.
    Blindfold is for security purposes.
In hunting, there is a blind and there is a fold.
You want to get them in the fold, but you have to shoot from the blind.
Because you do not want a wolf in your fold. It's for your stock of prize winning sheep.
But the wolf likes to try and pretend it's a sheep, it thinks it can pull the wool over your eyes.
That is why the blindfold is necessary.
So if that sheep turns out to be a wolf you can take him down without scaring any of the actual sheep.
You do not want your sheep scared, or stressed in any way, trust me... its a bitch to deal with.
It is best to keep your sheep content and happy as much as possible. The less you have to babysit them the better.
So if a kid wants to visit the fold there is not likely to be any haram done.
The sheep actually love it when kids visit.
And the shepherd loves it too. Because when the kids visit the sheep babysit the kids and it keeps them happy and busy so the shepherd can get some more work done... or make a little hay.
    Why so much security?
Because the prize winning sheep are the harem.
And not in the N.Z. kind of way.

blindfolds are the epitome of deception
youthey don't blindfold kids so they can't see the piñata
they're blindfolded so they can't detect youpredators ogling them
candy is perhaps yourthe greatest treachery
and the promise of more from you leads the poor innocent childrensheep straight to your sodomy castlethe shepherd's lair

you teach a prospect with a stick and a blindfold
so that he learns to be cautious and mindful
teaching him to win by killing himself to live
then when you lift the veil from upon his face
he is a master of his own time and space
even if hes all alone in a dank dagobah cave

Look man, Karl Malone may have a lot of faults, but Karl Malone can hunt better than any city slicker out here.
That is because Karl Malone only hunts what he likes, and Karl Malone likes to eat Mexican chicks.

squeeze was one of my favorite bands back then
their lead singer glen tillbrook often sang with others -- elvis costello, nick lowe, darryl hall
so many great songs, and they all bring back great memories of those days
i saw them at the country club in reseda in '81
lots of great shows at that venue...

karl malone is a tall 'dark' strong handsome super alpha specimen of the human race self made millionaire southern countryboy hillbilly redneck.
    he cannot be racist
    it is impossible
    he is bulletproof
I lobe kobe bryant, favorite basketball player of my generation much like magic the favorite laker of my childhood memories and vlade my favorite laker to pattern my game after when i was learning how to play.
but kobe bryant had sold his soul to his wife after the denver situation
wife cried wolf and karl malone being a gentleman did not defend himself past the simple 'its not true'.
kobe acted a fool after that and karl malone for the most part thought the drama to be childish and silly and wanted out the lakers
    i dont blame vanessa
    i blame kobe
it is his job to be able to tell his wife that she is being illogical or unreasonable and putting him in a really messed up situation.
i actually believe kobe attempted to reason with his wife at first
but being that he basically already had one of his balls encrusted in gemstones and put on his wifes ring... maybe he wished to protect the remaining testicle by white knighting for his race baiting attention seeking wife that he damaged during the denver thing and then by offering up his left nut on an altar of a gold band damaged her even more by feeding a power hungry baby dragon what it needs to breathe fire and burn you later
his job was to either be a shield to his wifes fire and control the damage and take a few burns for the team or go ole and jump on top and ride the dragon and burn the whole team down.
    kobe burned down the team
    but karl malone forgives kobe
karl malone loves that sick sideway leaning jab step sixtuple pump fake fade away jumper too much to be a hater

This is the second or third time you make a point of me being newly married. I know you are not being negative at all.
Just that I am not really understanding the points you are trying to make.
Being that I was never married in my 20's like most people, or even in my 30's like most of the rest... I do not share some of those same life experiences.

In my twenties I almost married twice.
One woman was whistled at by a bouncer who was staring at her ass on the way out of a club. Of course this was her assessment of the situation.
    I did not notice anything.
She promptly got on me for not defending her honor.
That i should go and confront the 320 lb 6'4 dude with the massive guns, and he carried a pistol too.
I was like... no, I am a grown up. I have a good job that I kinda have to show up not looking like i just got punched in the face. And I dont pick fights with people over being offended, specially when the offense is probably just in her head. And even more specially if the offense is real but the person complaining about the offense desires unrealistic and simply illogically stupid reparations.

She was like no, you are a man and you must defend my honor.
Bickering continued for the drive home.
At the time I was not equipped with how to handle the situation better.
I tried to reason with her. Explain the situation and how it was not a good idea.
And what a man is and what a man is not.
It took a few months later before I was fed up with the situation, the constant mansplaining.
Now i dont explain unless i see an avenue where reason can enter. I find those avenues of course, if not I break on through and make my own streets.
But to start I just say YES or i say NO.
And I always end with honey, or dear, or something like that.
We get into heated arguments from the start. From before we were married.
But that is because we debate and reason and explain our reasoning often, even repeatedly.
For some this is an argument.
For us this is communication, and it is reason.
Its not perfect, perfect is the enemy.
    It is good though.
    Im good with that.
We are old, we have no time for bullshit. There are important things to actually fight about in a relationship.
And it is my job as the husband to teach my wife what those important things are.
Which is sexist. But sexism is important.
My wife decided she wanted to cut down the poison oak.
I told her not to, no matter how much she protects herself with old clothes, it is no job for her.
She has no experience with it, thnks its no big deal, afterall she has walked in the woods and never gotten a rash.
I explain to her the fallacy in that logic. And explain how i have severe allergies and I have already hired a guy to take care of it next week.
Come home from work and she is deep into the ivy.
Should i be a supportive husband and say good job honey for being independent hard working and trying new things?
Or should i be a true husband and remind her that i specifically asked her to leave the ivy alone, that i did not want her touching it and that she has purposefully and brazenly just done whatever she wanted to without regard to my wishes, instructions, and yes even demands?

Because for the next 2 days she was tired, sore, itchy, and hurt her back.
And for the next 2 weeks and counting my balls have itched bad.
Because my balls are only touched by my wife and myself.
And I dont touch poison ivy, nor do I want it tracked anywhere inside my house.
Because I am white and that shit is like if you pour hot lava on my skin.
My wife is brown, she is an indian from the jungles of colombia and ecuador. She probably grew up swimming in poison ivy type chemicals all over the jungles and forests she played in as a child. Plus she lived with a cannibal tribe for a few years so who knows what kind of resistances she has built up from all that good nutrition. Wait... i almost forgot, she's a vegan.

You are a good man Rube. Many of us inspire to teach wit, compassion and patience. Even to women.

Sometimes it even works. Mostly not so well.

Yep. You're right. No malice intended whatsoever. Indeed the contrary.

I only bring it up when I read something that 'most' old married types would know better than to say. After nearly 30 years married I've learned that 'some' things are simply less negotiable than presented.

Of course if you are happy and she is happy then who the heck cares? It's none of my business.
