Hell, I don’t care. As long as they continue to make good lagers and Hefeweizen.

The Czechs actually make a better lager in my opinion. Pilsners are Czech in origin. Budweiser I thought was the original Czech Pilsner that when the German guy who went to the US stole their name.

Oddly enough when the original Budweiser, called Budvar in Czechoslovakia, tried to import their Pilsner in the US, they couldn’t use their own name because Budweiser trademarked it.

So now they import under the name Czechvar.

You couldn’t pay me to drink US Budweiser.

Beer is the drink of the slavs enslaved by the germanics.
Like the northern Romans are Germans and their first slaves the Gaulish tribes in Bohemia.
The neanderthals always try to appropriate the spirits of their slaves.

How about the Pac-12!!! 3 whole teams AND 2 of the 3 including my Bruins have to play in a play in game. I didn't think this conference was this HORRID. Speaking of horrid I agreed with Dicky V today :facepalm:. How can Oklahoma be in and not Oklahoma St when they beat them 2X and beat Kansas 2X while Oklahoma barely finished over .500 in the 2nd half of the season. Clearly they chose star power of logic because of Trae Young.

Battered and somewhat bruised from three days in Sin City. Watched some hoops at the Westgate, the world's biggest sports book. Thanks to a connection, he got hooked up with a private booth. I could learn to watch sports like that 365.

Caught Roger Daltrey Sat. night at the Hard Rock. He's conserving his voice these days, doing only about 75 minutes. Really enjoyed it. Peter Townshend's brother Simon (voice sounds just like brother) played rhythm. Apparently Pete never wanted to do "Going Mobile" live, but Simon and Roger did it just fine.

That's the beauty of driving Ferraris. There's always that little bit of nervous excitement that comes from thinking that every time you leave the garage you might not make it back. :)

never was a huge Who fan but over the years began to appreciate and respect them more and more
Who's Next is a monster album and thats a great song off of it and yet there are many great songs on it
had no idea Pete's brother played and was touring singing his brothers songs thats crazy
i remember watching the 911 tribute thinking Rogers voice was done lol
sure it was cool to watch and the band sounds great even though Daltrey doesn't appear to be much of an asset
i'm finding LA to be overflowing w great cover bands doing absolute justice to these old great bands
many times playing the music w the original energy it was recorded
Simon clearly LOVES playing that music

Prague is an absolutely beautiful city. Just a marvel it survived all the conflict and wars (meaning the buildings, not the people, who suffered a lot).

There is a beer hall call U Flescku (sp?) where they have an endless tap, meaning they don’t shut it off. The beer keeps flowing from these gigantic kegs and the workers just keep filling steins of beer.

Everyone sits communely on long tables, eat and get drunk, and then start signing songs.

Anyway, just so much to see there.

And Czech women....I saw so many model quality women.

But that was eons ago when the East first collapsed. I hear it’s become very very touristy since. When I was there, everything was dirt cheap.

That’s maybe the best line in the movie. Although “Yeeeeeeee....Haaaaaaaaaw” is a close second for me.

It's weird that the closest thing we have to that type of humor now is whatever Trey and Matt do.
I hear the new video game is full of awesome stuff.
I saw a video where you select the difficulty level at the start of the game.
If you choose easy your character starts off as white. If you choose medium difficult he is tan, and if you choose hard he is black.
    That is hilarious.

Just sold an original Strangelove one sheet movie poster...got decent money for it, but nor nearly what I should have.
Oddly, had all three of the Kubrick anti war film trilogy posters, and sold the rarest and most valuable like an ass.
Still got "Paths of Glory", though.
    Kirk Douglas' best ever, imo.

Sounds very similar to Germany, at least Bavaria, anyway. Lots of locking arms swaying side to side and singing, ( Prosit!) and large breasted beer maidens running around everywhere.
Lots of human interaction...but I wonder if now they all sit there on their phones, looking down, barely grunting, like so many American restaurant goers these days.
Or if they even have beer halls any more.

They should have a big stein at the door to drop off your phone.
How can any up and coming young Fuhrer in training work his magic having to compete for attention with candy crush?

    RIP Stephen Hawking.
Talk about a brilliant mind betrayed by a ravaged body...but when you think of his two wives, three kids, and outliving his prognosis by 50 years, maybe not.
