    A grand total of three runs is easily enough to earn a split when you're playing LA, who can produce absolutely no better. And scoring the bare minimum runs allows a RP no margin for error at all, when all the oppo needs is one.. Like that can of corn McGonigle hit over a drawn in OF. Their glaring weaknesses in runs are compounded by extremely modified defenses.
    Roberts is wonderful with 3 WS championships, and has a paid - up ticket to the HoF, we are told.
    Wonder what he gets for the last 2 months...
    Somewhere, somebody is writing or saying, " but the manager doesn't hit or pitch".

    This is what really annoys me. During the rain delay show, host Tim Cates calls out how Dodgers aren't hitting home runs. He specifically names Freeman, Muncy, Teo and Tucker as ones who need to get their power back. Valid points, but why do Shohei and Mookie get a pass? In fact, the only mention of Ohtani was his triple with no outs in Atlanta and then he blames the guys after for failing to drive him in. Valid again, but how about the many recent ABs with runners on where Shohei struck out or grounded out weekly? The guy can do no wrong in the eyes of many.

    Dave should have gone and got rung on Tucker's bullshit check swing call. Perfect opportunity for the leader of the club to show emotion and he failed to do so.
