guess you missed the fanatical/irrational part
if brains determined such things fans would be docile and impassionate
    i'm not wired that way
so you go ahead and enjoy the ride...
i get it and respect that you can do that
    i just can't
so i'll enjoy bkitching, being irrational, overly critical and living/dying with every win/loss
    perfect example...
when hudson lost the shutout yesterday i was cursing him -- even though i fully understand w/an 8-0 lead you go after guys
    it's how i do
    always have
probably why i have high blood pressure but that's another story
so again, you enjoy the game your way and i'll do it my way
neither of us is wrong, just different :headpat:

I do complain make no mistake but these are human beings who WILL make mistakes but I'm too old to dissect EVERY move. Teams will lose and players will fuck up inevitably as long as it ends up in a pennant and a WS which is a crapshoot then I'll try and enjoy. We are all fans of this team even though we deal with games differently. We could be Angels fans yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This resonates with me in so many ways right now. Just took a new territory of New Mexico and Arizona and I’m literally the white man coming to the reservation. My new team in NM is 90% Native American Indian. Very cool guys!

Man that’s spot on. 2 years ago I took over the Hawaii region for a year and spent 10 solid weeks out there. Once I earned the trust I was part of the family. Genuinely great peeps.

    that's awesome bro
a lot of similarity between the islanders and native americans
both are extremely proud of their heritage, and only ask that you respect that
have had a lot of dealings w/the chumash and they are genuinely some of the nicest people i've ever encountered
