This might have been said already but apparently Logan White is a top candidate for Padres GM.

Well I don't know...I would at least like to see a CF who can go out and get 'em...and he can't really be much worse offensively than Dre. So I think we might wanna hold on to Joc...at least take a peak at him. A good look.
Lots of people wanted to off Dee....and now see.
Ned however...don't let the door hit ya' in the arse, boyo..

Tanaka has a partial tear in his UCL. He's gonna try the Chad Billingsley route.

Gotta be the baseballs. Only thing I can think of as to why there are so many arm injuries.

Yadier Molina had thumb surgery and he's out 8 to 10 weeks!!!! Cardinals are going to really miss him. Is it just me or has there been an inordinate amount of injuries this "1st half.

^He's pitching much better but then again it's been the Padres twice and the D-bags. Hardly murderers row.

If you can't think that Timmeh is good again because he looks so retro slick against the Dbacks and Pads, "poor" teams, then what the hell do we look like? We have two-count 'em-TWO 1-0 Ws against the Pads, what will we do against the better NL teams or the AL teams. I guess like we looked against the Tigers...like a bunch of banjo hitters as always.
Thank God we have the pitching we do...and when we don't, like Haren showed us, we get beat like a drum.
We gotta hit some , man...this is getting excruciating. Seven runs in 36 innings?

I think just more teams than the Angels will make themselves stronger for the stretch run.
Everyone is talking pitchers for us, and I think we need a bat , like always. I don't care what our stats say, we hit like faggots recently, and just can't get anyone across the plate. We scored one more than our limit by a WP, and that's that. Our lineup is limp, and guys like Ethier and KKemp and even Gonzo at .247, to a great degree are flaccid. This team has zero life and seems once again to lack heart, and the most telling stat for me, is that we are 0-34 when behind in the seventh inning.
There is no way we are winners with that hanging over our head....no way at all.
That's a loser line and shows we just don't have the balls for it.
One day, we'll score 13 runs, and then shut down for the next week or so.
As Vinny says "it's moving day for the Dodgers".
