I just noticed all 3 NL divisions have a tie for first. How often do you see that after the first week of the season?

Tried to mention this earlier today when things were still wonky. Might change by the end of the day.

All 3 NL divisions have a first place tie. How often do you see that after the first week of the season?

I agree with the post completely, yet somehow we have the most wins in the NL! How the fuck? Another unsolved mystery.

Headley FINALLY traded!!! Seems like we heard about this guy going forever. Padres get Solarte which is pretty decent.

They still sold low on him. They really should have dealt him the off-season after he had basically the only really good year of his career.

I think they expected him to sign low with them.

I don't think the Padres realized what type of situation they were in (years and years away from contending) and hoped he could be their anchor.

Could have gotten a lot more for him in 2012.

Colon reminds me of Rick Reuschel. Portly but effective.

Yankees got Headley for peanuts, Padres sigh

    I'd prefer Colon than Haren

Remember Rubby De La Rosa? I had completely forgotten about him until I saw he was starting for the Red Sox today. I remember a lot of people thought he'd be a stud

Indians pitcher final line tonight if the score holds
8 IP (CG), O ER, 1 run, 2 hits, 1 batter over the minimum
this is after a KC Royal doubled and scored after Ryan Raburn spiked the ball straight into the ground throwing it in.

Wasn't counting on Greg Holland blowing the save. Looks like he won't be getting the loss after all

    New rules for the HoF.

@BillShaikin: Hall of Fame announces voting change: players can stay on ballot for a maximum of 10 years rather than the current 15.
