    notice how kirsten automatically gets first question every time now? and it takes her less than 5 seconds to ask "how are you feeling/did you feel" what a joke. given the job of a lifetime and doesn't even put forth any effort into her same dumb questions.

    Watched that whole thing and I may be way off, but my read on Dave is that he's worried about Shohei. Says he's optimistic because what else is he going to say, but really he's not. In fact, he's seen no improvement these past few days. But he also knows he has no choice but to write him in at 1 or 2 in the lineup.

    There needs to be multiple ambulances & EMTs at the ballpark. Even without all the beers, people will get heat prostration in those temps.

    Weiss also said Bryce Elder and Martin Perez won’t be available for NLDS.

    Shohei Ohtani believes his swing is "in a much better place," but he will be compromised in these playoffs. To what extent remains to be seen.

    "Shohei's not 100%, but he's going to be in the lineup. I think most players performing now are not 100%."


    i.e., shohei’s selfishness is going to result in JDP not being on the roster
