Is fine with coming off the bench. Ethier will do what they ask. Kemp will be bitch and moan unless he plays, regardless of his performance. SVS never says a thing and put up when given the chance. From the TEAM aspect, I have no issue with three out of the four.
Wow, K'fax, your disdain for Kemp is almost as strong as mine for Ethier, or maybe more. First, this thread should be titled "Kemp." Clearly he was your main point, not Crawford. Second, his performance, or lack thereof, plays a huge role in this. He's fallen way short of expectations, and if he hadn't, he could complain to his heart's content and nobody would care. But mostly, this bitching and moaning you speak of... is it from the preseason when he made the claim that he's not a backup, or are there more examples? Because that's all I heard, and I don't fault him for believing in himself and wanting to play regularly. Although I would still like to see him start hitting the ball at some point.

If there is a player that makes over $20M per year, was an MVP runner up, and has put up stellar numbers not so long that didn't want to play fulltime....I wouldn't want him on my favorite team. Kemp wants to play fulltime...what a crime. Fucking watching Ethier in CF is no better than watching Kemp in CF IMO...Van Slyke is almost joke in CF. The BS needs to stop. To me Ethier and VSlyke are the "bench OFers".
