    Overconfidence once again, proves our undoing. It's a pretty good bet it will, every damn time.
    I'm sure Joe Davis verbalized what many were thinking (me included) when he said, meaning to extoll the great depth the Dodgers possess. " how about this game, when a team has Clayton Kershaw for 5 innings, and then can go to Walker Buehler to finish up for him" ? Indeed...
    5 minutes later, we were tied...10 minutes later, we were losing.
    And were roundly beaten by a team who has become an addition to, and maybe bigger, thorn in our side than the SF Giants.

    So much for trade value, Kemp hitting .224 in June with a .294 OBP. Nerds may have missed a golden opportunity. They had to know he was coming down at some point.
    No worries, Verdugo is only hitting .330 with a near .380 OBP in OKC and slugging almost .500, fuck it, might as well win the PCL
