Really hope he keeps his pitch count down. The obvious plan is for him to go 7-8 and Jansen the rest of the way, but way too many of his postseason failures of past years were because he was at 110-120 pitches and we had no other trustworthy options.
theres some talk that Dodgers might have to move around their rotation for Game 2 cause of the possibility of rain delays... it would make sense considering Hill's issues not to mention, it might be better to start Urias on a "bullpen" type game with multiple delays since you aren't anticipating getting much out of Urias anyways. who knows

By the way, Nats announced Gio will go Game 3 and not Game 2. Roark is a much better pitcher but Gio Gonzalez throws with his left hand so... Maybe it's better we get Gio at home. But, lots of talk about Game 2 and 3 lets fucking win game 1

Win Game 1. Just win it. I'm sick of going in with high hopes with Kershaw on the mound and coming out 0-1, and then have to cross your fingers to even it up the next game, only to lose game 3 and go back to a shakey Kershaw in game 4 and losing it. Win Game 1. Then we can talk.
