90 wins please
Sweep this " team to beat " just because.
Dude stuck to his word...he really did go with Kemp. Pretty amazing at 1st glance, but I don't think there was any coming back from " I was happy that the Giants won "
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!!! We're never losing a game at Dodger Stadium the rest of 2015. We finna bring home the shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiipppppppppppppppppp!!!!
6 more K's for Kersh, please.
It'd be nice to sweep this to end the season so we don't have to hear all the stuff about them blowing HFA or something annoying like. The match ups are greatly in their favor as we won't be seeing Kemp and probably only Norris and Upton twice each. Get that bats going and get ready for the Mets!
I'm wondering if this all plays out the way we want, if we get past NY, whether the Cubs can pull off a miracle and beat the Pirates and Cards.
Since I was not watching them that closely I guess I missed that Upton is out too. No reason not to sweep this series even playing with Spring training line ups
If we sweep we only need the Nats to win one.
Gah, frustrating watching Tolleson close this out for the Rangers. What a dumb fucking move.
He was Kershaw's best friend!!!! WHY?!? WHY!?!?!?!
But also funny because it's the Angels. Astros now lead them by a game....fuck the Angels.
The Pads have like no healthy outfielders. Let's whoop them
At home, with these pitching match ups and the Padres a mash unit there's no reason why a sweep shouldn't be in order. Get that home field advantage......please
No Justin Upton? Praise Jesus
They have no Upton, no Kemp, and no Myers
Well, if that's the case they may not score any runs, but they should be better defensively this series.
I wonder if Paroubeck would've been starting for them today. Eh, I dunno. Probably not.
It's a crapshoot in the playoffs, so that is entirely possible. If we could somehow avoid the Cardinals, that would be sweet. I used to say "I want to beat the best!" but now I say fuck it, I just want to make it to a WS.
First step though, the Mets.
