Idk, not trying to pick on you or anything but I think that's just easy to say about Puig cause he does silly things. We don't know exactly what it is but it also looks an incredible amount like it's mechanics. His swing looks weird and inconsistent and he can't catch up to things. Him not squaring up isn't him being mentally incapable, it's him not having the nice swing to put it there
The regression of Puig is sad. We knew we couldn't expect him to keep up the 2013 pace, but he was very good for the entire season in 2014. Had a big drop off last year and looks completely lost this season.
Yeah at this point not even superstar level is what we'd like to see, just an every day above average outfielder would be freaking nice.
I hate the Cubs but I hate the Giants more. Just wish they'd score some runs on Arrieta so people don't try to claim he's better than Kersh
Austin Barnes is 26 years old and people love to talk up his glove work and that he can hit. Instead we get AJ and a struggling Grandal
well, Austin Barnes is a pitch framing acquisition of theres as well so I don't know why he wouldn't be in there over AJ haha
not defending kazmir but that guys swings looked horrible so of course you try and throw it past him didn't have to be right down the middle though
Yeah I mean the broadcasters were saying how horrible he (the batter) looked on his fastball so to just try and throw it over again What fucks him is walking and hitting people in front of him.
