    I'm a little worried about Lux. He's looking overmatched at the plate and is REALLY overthinking things in the field too. Both him and Smith seem to be in their heads a bit

    as long as Smith catches the ball and is physically capable of hitting it out of the infield (unlike Barnes), I'm cool with him.

    It is a little concerning with lux though. If he is overmatched, I'd rather put Muncy at second base and give the at bats to Freese in the post.

    Lux is inexplicable, imo. He looks like Barnes did watching center cut K pitches. What's he looking for ?
    At least Smith has a wee bit of history hitting well in the Show.

    I think if Lux keeps putting out the AB's he's been having over the last couple games, we will see Freese getting more chances in the SF series. He is really the only other option right now as until that HR by Taylor, there has not been much production from the other candidates.

    I agree about Smith, just more worried that he is becoming an easy out. He is getting pitches to crush and just not putting productive swings together.

    He's thinking too much, just like Smith is. They're guessing what pitch is coming and getting worked by that. Happens all the time to rookies and even many vets. Just needs to relax and the hits will come.

    Taylor going the other way... and he's been so clutch for us in the playoffs. Have to find way to get him plenty of at bats in the playoffs.

    Given the direction that Wacha's career has gone since shutting LAD down in the NLCS..I know this team is cursed. Smh

    Cody's swing has absolutely reverted to its old ways. I called it a few weeks ago that he was starting to step way in the bucket again and he has just really lost it. Not close to the guy he was at the start of the season.

    AL Divisions have been set as the Indians fell to the White Sox, so the Twins clinch the Central. Bad loss for the Indians and puts them potentially in a bad spot going into the final 4 games.
