Don't know where this guy is getting his numbers from, but Cot's Contracts has the Dodgers at $176.791 for 2017, with 5 arby players to sign, and includes money owed to Olivera, Arrubadooba, and Kemp. The above article says $203M, just sayin'.

Add the 36AAV to your total and you get 203M, could be a coincidence but it adds up.

I read it as 36.6 which was wrong but it was only off by a little over 2 million which is close enough lol.

 

No, the author specifically states the Dodgers, as currently constructed, owe $203M in 2017.

2017 has them over $203 MIL in contracts guaranteed to 12 guys already, but 8 players will become Free Agents after the 2016 season,

Prior to this, the author says- Had the club inked Zack Greinke to his $34.42 MIL AAV, that would have put them so far in committed $ over the Luxury Tax, that they would never be able to get under for a reset.

I think he's confused.
