There's gotta be some kind of panel that periodically reviews umpiring performance, with a minimum of some kind of quality whiich must be maintained. It can't just continue to plummet in quality like it has since the advent of the box.
I mean Buckner is a joke...a real laughable performance from a person attempting to do a job that plays so far from the lowest rung, he's the standout worst in a world of blithering incompetents.
