Interesting, imo, how the ABS was designed specifically to curtail the poor quality of umpiring we've seen for quite a while now...and how it's become a divisive tool of when not to use it or not.
Meant to elevate the game in an age when technology certainly get it all close to perfect than ever before, it has become an albatross of indecision around every team'sneck.
Especially the Dodgers, it seems.

Should never use it before the 6th inning. Losing both challenges before that when there a lot of game left seems dumb.

 

But really, Dodger starters go at least as far as other team's starters do. Actually, why are they gassed then? Idk, but I would bet LA starters are in the top 5 teams for innings.
