    we can still win this series, but there ain't shit about this team inspiring it. Something has to fucking change .every fucking year the offense goes AWOL come playoff time. I am fucking sick of it.

    It’s just amazing they’re in this situation after winning game 1 vs a team they dominated all season. They’ve had some rough losses over the years but this would take the cake. 111 wins and losing to a team they beat in every series in the regular season. Just please find a way to get Julio the ball in game 5.

    like all we needed was 3 fucking runs in a fucking bullpen game. Dave made all the right moves, they all worked, and the trash can top of the lineup sees Trayce Thompson and Austin Barnes TWO TIMES get on with no outs sending the top of the fucking lineup up there and not a single fucking hit after happened. Mookie nothing, Trea nothing, Freddie nothing, Will popping everything up. Everyone trying to hit the ball out of the park, Mookie swinging at ball 4, Trea swinging at two dirt pitches then taking a straight fastball. Freddie swinging at everything and making quick outs.

    If the lineup performed half as well as the bullpen they would be at home waiting for the winner of the Braves-Phils series.

    In automotive terms, their clutch is burned up.

    Would love to see Soto try that annoying stare at Big D or Bob Gibson back in the day. He's replaced Manny on my most hated Padre list. Speaking of Manny, I'd advise Dodger hitters to hit it somewhere other than in his direction.

    gallo is 3-for-5 against snell with 2 hr
    if you're not going to use him last night, why the fuck is he even on the roster?
    and then you pinch hit for the only guy making solid contact (barnes), thereby negating the dh
    yeah the offense isn't hitting (and trea can't field), but roberts isn't exactly doing a great job either
