    Most of the team is still recovering from the norovirus that spread like wildfire in the clubhouse. Since hitters generally only need a week or two of AB’s to get ready, there’s no need to rush them back. They sent all the guys home who were sick after morning workouts to avoid any unnecessary side effects.

    He is making the coaching staffs decision sure easier. The fact he showed up to camp more portly than Kemp after what happened last season is even more frustrating... though last year Joc was the spring training MVP and we all know how great that went. I remember a couple years ago all that hubbub was brought up by Schulman out of SF in that he had heard questions about Joc's attitude and I remember a ton of Dodgers people came to Joc's defense. Maybe Schulman's guy was right and it wasn't about Joc's personality, but his drive to be a better ball player.

    i know its spring but if there was ever a time to sell high on a guy
    and then yasmani nearly kills the ump
    thats another guy we can toss into a deal and roll w a different backup
    wtf was that?

    I bet we see that more than ever now with the new
    rule on meetings at the mound. Gonna be a lot more
    cross ups. Also, when a catcher doesn’t even come close to a ball like that, 99 times out of 100 it’s on the pitcher.

    good point im just hating on hair plug last night
    i'm good to roll w barnes and whoever
    has to be a package we can toss together that someone wants
    i know he's worth something to someone
    smith looks like a pretty strong defensive catcher
    at least won't lead the league in passed balls while getting hot for a month

    Like the ABs Errol Robinson has put together. Good numbers at Rancho last year. Maybe he'll be better in Tulsa the 2nd go round. Swing looks good though.

    Dodgers chased Ray in the first. Kemp and Farmer hit a couple of bombs and then the MiLB'ers put together a little 3 run rally.
