    Cubs are a really good team. and here the Dodgers are hoping Lauer can help them avoid another sweep. how many series had they won prior to laying down for the first bahstan game? oh yeah 4. now they're up 8.5 w 3 against the Dbacks. could see 4.5 by Monday. what a joke.

    bullpen is dogshit no matter who goes out there
    Dodgers not hitting anything, well let me correct that, not striking out a ton so it isn't demoralizing like that, but all we hit are pop ups and groundouts. no line drives, our power is basically gone.

    this just feels exactly like the second half of last season. Like almost staring into a mirror.

    Four hits last night. Just eight balls measured at hard hit (95 mph+) and 0-3 RISP. Let that sink in....just three chances with runners in scoring position. Mookie and Tucker had half of those hard hit balls. Not exactly the usual suspects.

    Frustrating especially because in recent series they've beaten McLean, Wheeler, Schlittler, Woo and Cole.

    They're in one of those funks where they're missing hittable pitches and the opposition is making Dodger pitchers pay for every bad pitch.

    yeah its annoying. but mom came from Arlington heights and even though she was hardcore LA she couldn't help but cheer in 16. so as annoying as it is i tend to despise it less than others. PCA is definitely annoying but pretty damn good too.
